Hudson Animal Hospital's policy is to see any client who needs care for their pet. In order to service our clients best, we operate on an appointment basis. We try extremely hard to be on time for you. We ask that you reciprocate by being on time for your appointment.
If you are late for a scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you. You may reschedule or wait for a slot to open up. We cannot guarantee when that time may be available, but will try to see you as soon as possible. If you scheduled an appointment for a particular doctor, that doctor might not be avaliable.
Clients who are on time for their appointments will be seen first. Occasionally an emergency may necessiate preempting a scheduled appointment. We will do this only for true emergencies, and ask that you try to understand. You may reschedule or wait for another appointment to open up.
Remember, if your pet needs emergency care, we will make them a priority!
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
